I made the bubble paper using a technique I did with my students long ago. Food colouring and dish detergent in a pan of water...blow bubbles into the mixture with a straw and gently lay a piece of copy paper over it to get an imprint of the bubbles. Tons of fun! I've had this fish stamp for years and love finding projects to use it on. Once it was stamped and fussy cut, I covered it in copious amounts of Wink of Stella. The "window" is acetate and I wound red crochet cotton around the "life preserver" before attaching it with foam tape. More bubbles (dew drops) around the sentiment and it was done. Hope your day goes swimmingly!
